Prices, terms of shipping & handling for deliveries within Germany

All prices in our web shop are displayed in Euro and include VAT (value-added tax, at present 19% respectively 7% for books and magazines). In addition we charge the costs for shipping & handling and c.o.d. (where applicable).

Payment methods we accept:

Advanced remittance:

money transfer form all other relevant payment data which are stated in the confirmation. We need the order number and your full name. Delivery effects after receipt of the remitted amount. When you pay by advanced remittance we do not charge anything extra.

"PayPal":

"PayPal" is the new, easy and safe way to pay. In addition, payments are received very quickly so that orders can be processed faster. We do not add special charges for using "PayPal" as your method of payment, just the costs for packaging and shipping.

To be able to use this payment service, you will first need to register with "PayPal". Registration is free of charge.

For all deliveries to countries within the EU the prices stated in our web shop are valid.

You choose the payment method "Ich bezahle per Vorab-Überweisung" in the shopping cart and we send you an e-mail confirmation including the bank details and the application for payment after receipt of your order (please regard that the first confirmation you receive only lists the items you have ordered and does not include these data). Please remit the amount to the account mentioned in this second confirmation and specify in the money transfer form all other relevant payment data which are stated in the confirmation. From a weight of 2 kg to 5 kg it costs 37.00 Euros to the rest of the world (world zone 1), up 10 kg it costs 52,00 Euro, up to 20 kg it costs 82,00 Euro.

This is how it works at the Deutsche Post:

The Deutsche Post tries to deliver the package once. In case that you are not available, you receive an information sheet whereon the post office is stated where you can fetch your package.

Your package is stored there for one week.

Delivery time within Germany

Normally your package is delivered within 7 days after we have received your order.

In addition to details about the item on offer, you will also receive information on when it is available. Please remember, that this information is not a binding or guaranteed shipping date, but simply a guideline indicating the anticipated date. When you state a valid e-mail address you are informed about the availability of the items you have ordered in advance. In case you have stated a waiting date (see above) we will, wait until that date before delivering the package to deliver as complete as possible. If your order is ready to be shipped earlier i.e. all items are available before the date you have stated, we will ship the package beforehand.
